This package contains materials for teaching the basics of mindfulness over an eight week course including introducing some of the key concepts and techniques of this life changing skill and empowering your group to live mindfully, thus improving their well-being. For each of the eight topics you will receive an e-book (.pdf) and an audio guided practice (MP3) for each user.
