At Ten for Zen we strongly believe that good mental health should be available to everyone. We try to offer free resources as regularly as we can so that as many people as possible can follow a mindful life.
It's always been our aim to bring a happy and healthy mind to as many of you as we can reach. We want to help you if you're currently experiencing difficulties but we also want to help you stay well.
We hope to help make Mindfulness a way of life for you and help you see it as a positive choice for a healthy, peaceful mind. Real Mindfulness is a lifelong journey which requires ongoing guidance and regular practice.
MINDFUL VOICES PODCAST
If you live with anxiety, you’re not alone. It’s one of the most common mental health issues. The good news is that you can learn to cope.
Tune into Mindful Voices, Ten for Zen’s new podcast, for the Scottish Mental Health and Arts Festival. Over three short episodes you'll hear Martin Stepek speak to people who have lived with anxiety as they share their stories and give their own real life coping strategies on their journey to good mental health.
Mindful Voices is a great way to hear from real people, with real life issues. We hope that by listening to our guests talk openly about their struggles with anxiety, you can see that you are not alone and any mental health struggle is nothing to be ashamed of and can be openly talked about.
The podcast episodes are unedited for authentic and natural conversations. In mindfulness we focus on the moment, and if the moment is a moment of stumbling or forgetfulness that is as valid and important as any point made in the conversation.
