Zen for All
Zen for All is Ten for Zen's community giving back programme.
We strongly believe that good mental health should be available to everyone. That's why we channel a portion of our commercial work to offer free and low cost resources as regularly as we can so that as many people as possible can follow a mindful life.
It's always been our aim to bring a happy and healthy mind to as many of you as we can reach. We want to help you if you're currently experiencing difficulties but we also want to help you stay well.
We hope to help make Mindfulness a way of life for you and help you see it as a positive choice for a healthy, peaceful mind. Real Mindfulness is a lifelong journey which requires ongoing guidance and regular practice.
Please see below for details of our live mindfulness sessions and free resources.
Live Mindfulness Sessions
Martin Stepek is available to deliver live mindfulness sessions directly to small community groups at preferential rates through our Zen for All programme. Whether your group is looking to improve wellbeing, reduce stress, or build connection through mindfulness, we can tailor sessions to meet your needs in a way that’s both accessible and impactful. Please email us for details of our community pricing.
We also offer a limited number of free sessions each quarter for organisations that support people affected by substance abuse. From our work in restorative justice, we know how closely substance misuse links to crime and community harm – and how vital it is to break that cycle. By supporting those on this journey, we believe mindfulness can make a real impact, helping individuals rebuild their lives and contributing to safer, healthier communities for everyone.
If your organisation supports people with substance abuse challenges but has no available budget or access to funding, please email us on info@tenforzen.co.uk. Tell us a little about your group, the work you do, and the kind of support you’re looking for, and we’ll come back to you as quickly as we can.
We remain committed to making mindfulness available to all – especially those who stand to benefit the most.
