Finding Balance: A Mindful Approach to Positive Change
Life can be full of challenges - from stress and loneliness to difficult emotions and change.
Finding Balance is an online programme of 20 recorded mindfulness sessions, over 5 modules, designed to help you find calm and connection through simple mindfulness practices.
Each session is delivered by Martin Stepek, one of Scotland’s foremost teachers of mindfulness, and explores a different theme - from understanding emotions, dealing with stress, and developing a positive mindset.
Finding Balance is ideal for anyone with a busy life as it can be followed at your own pace or for anyone unable, or uncomfortable, with joining in-person courses.
On ordering, you’ll be emailed a short document with details of the full course content, plus a link to view the sessions. The course can be viewed on any smartphone, tablet, or PC.
