At Ten for Zen we strongly believe that good mental health should be available to everyone. We try to offer free resources as regularly as we can so that as many people as possible can follow a mindful life. 

It's always been our aim to bring a happy and healthy mind to as many of you as we can reach. We want to help you if you're currently experiencing difficulties but we also want to help you stay well. 

We hope to help make Mindfulness a way of life for you and help you see it as a positive choice for a healthy, peaceful mind. Real Mindfulness is a lifelong journey which requires ongoing guidance and regular practice.
