Throughout the Covid pandemic we'd like to offer free, easy access to Mindfulness anyone in need. We want to help you if you're currently experiencing difficulties but we also want to help you stay well. 

We hope to help make Mindfulness a way of life for you and help you see it as a positive choice for a healthy, peaceful mind. Real Mindfulness is a lifelong journey which requires ongoing guidance and regular practice so all through this critical time we'll offer anyone who wants to follow a mindful life free access to an extensive array of tools that'll let you understand and practice Mindfulness in an authentic, gentle and genuine way - from live tuition and expertly guided practices to a myriad of quality material which allows you to learn at a time to suit you.

An Introduction to Mindfulness
