Monday 26th August - STOP WORRYING

Sometimes it can seem like we worry about everything under the sun doesn’t it? Money, work, health, relationships and family, how we perceive ourselves, even pets, and where we live. It’s obviously natural for us to do it but that doesn’t make worrying any less fraught, distressing, stressful or draining of our sense of enjoying life. Martin will show you how to use Mindfulness to recognise worry very quickly. He will teach you some simple tools and techniques and so that you’ll eventually find that your worrying dwindles and is more easily managed. CLICK HERE TO BOOK

Monday 30th September - LET GO OF GUILT

Do you often feel as though you don’t measure up? Perhaps in work you are not moving up the career ladder as quickly as you should? Are you overweight and feel all your friends are slimmer or healthier? Maybe you’re not as good a parent to your children as you’d like? Martin will explore the issues of shame and guilt and see how we can use Mindfulness to get rid of these negative emotions and replace them with positive helpful ways to look at life.
