About the Event

Taking a break to enjoy a mindful walk or to get pleasure from nature in your garden can have a very rejuvenating effect. It’s an excellent way to clear your mind of noise.

In this FREE hour long event on Thursday 13th May, 21 at 7pm, Martin Stepek, one of Scotland’s foremost teachers of Mindfulness, will show you how to take advantage of the nicer weather and be mindful outdoors to benefit your mental health not only in times of stress but as an ongoing way to be happier and more content. The event is free but registration is required.
