Our new Introduction to Mindfulness offers a short taster to living a mindful life. It begins with a talk by Martin Stepek explaining about Mindfulness. His new book - A Pocket Guide to a Mindful Life - which provides helpful and practical advice on following a Mindful Life, in a concise, easy to read format, is also included to give you an excellent foundation in the subject. You can then follow five short practices, expertly guided by Martin, from a one minute restorer up to a five minute practice. This will allow you to build up the time you spend in practice, gradually introducing it to your daily life.
In our Introduction to Mindfulness, Martin offers gentle tuition to introduce you to Mindfulness to help improve your physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is easy to follow, won't eat into your day but is quite simply, a great way to learn the simple, scientifically proven techniques of Mindfulness guided by an expert in the field.
